Delicious Salmon Recipes


Steamed Salmon


Ingredients:
2 pieces (150 g) salmon fillet
2 cm ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ red pepper, cut lengthwise
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


Directions:
1. Put fish fillets in a heat-resistant plate.
2. Marinade with grated ginger, grated garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Flatten.
3. Sprinkle with red pepper. Steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Lift.
4. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped fresh coriander leaves.


 

Steamed Salmon for Babies


Ingredients:
Fish Fillet Salmon
1 tomato, diced
1 cm ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 celery stalk, tie
1 stalk leeks, thinly sliced
½ lime
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
½ tsp sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
100 ml water


Directions:
1. Marinade the fish with lime juice.
2. Mix all ingredients above.
3. Steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
4. Lift, serve warm.


 

Lemon Grilled Salmon


Ingredients:
1 kg salmon
1 lemon
250 ml BBQ sauce
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon tabasco / chilli sauce
salt and pepper


Directions:
1. Clean and wash the salmon, do not peel the skin.
2. Spread salmon with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, let stand about 10 minutes.
3. Smear salmon with butter again, squeezed lemon over the salmon. Flatten the lemon juice all over the salmon.
4. Grilled salmon to slightly yellowish and smells good.
5. Spread BBQ sauce and tabasco many times, continue to burn until salmon is cooked.


 

Baked Salmon with Tomato Sauce


Ingredients:
2 pieces of salmon belly
2 tablespoons lemon juice


Tomato sauce ingredients:
2 ripe tomatoes, soak briefly in hot water, peeled, finely chopped
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons mint leaves, finely chopped


Directions:
1. Marinade the fish with lime juice, set aside for a moment.
2. Bake on the fire, until both sides cooked. Lift.
3. Tomato sauce: Mix the tomato slices, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and spring onion. Boil briefly on the fire, lift. Add mint leaves and stir well.
4. Presentation: Pour the sauce over grilled salmon.
